Student Acknowledgment & Acceptance Agreement

This Student Acknowledgment & Acceptance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the student (“Student”) and Irspired AI Academy (“Academy”) upon enrollment in the course.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, viewing, or participating in the course, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below.

1. Course Access & Participation

The Student acknowledges that enrollment provides access to educational materials, including but not limited to:

  • Video lessons
  • Downloadable resources
  • Prompt formulas
  • Templates
  • PDFs and guidebooks
  • Creative frameworks
  • AI workflows
  • Community materials
  • Any additional educational content provided by the Academy

Access is granted solely for the Student’s personal educational use.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

The Student understands and agrees that all payments made to the Academy are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of the course and the immediate access provided to proprietary educational materials, the Academy does not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks
  • Partial refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Transfers to another person

By completing the purchase, the Student confirms full understanding and acceptance of this non-refundable policy.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All course materials, content, prompts, systems, videos, branding, frameworks, educational methods, designs, and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Irspired AI Academy and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Student agrees that they will NOT:

  • Copy or reproduce course materials
  • Share lessons publicly or privately
  • Upload materials to third-party platforms
  • Redistribute prompts or resources
  • Resell any part of the course
  • Teach or commercially reuse the course materials as their own
  • Record, duplicate, or republish course content
  • Provide account access to another person
  • Use course materials for unauthorized commercial training purposes

Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or misuse of the Academy’s materials will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of course access without refund
  • Legal action
  • Financial liability for damages
  • Copyright infringement claims

4. Confidentiality of Educational Materials

The Student acknowledges that the strategies, workflows, prompt structures, and systems taught within the course are proprietary educational resources developed by the Academy.

The Student agrees to keep all course materials confidential and not distribute them in any format without prior written permission from the Academy.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Academy does not guarantee specific financial results, business growth, audience growth, monetization, or career outcomes from participation in the course.

Results depend on the Student’s own effort, consistency, skill development, execution, and external factors beyond the Academy’s control.

6. Course Access Termination

The Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to the course without refund if the Student:

  • Violates this Agreement
  • Shares or resells materials
  • Engages in unauthorized distribution
  • Uses the course in a harmful or illegal manner

7. Digital Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By checking the acknowledgment box and clicking the confirmation or purchase button, the Student confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Agreement
  • Agree to all terms and conditions
  • Understand that the course is non-refundable
  • Understand that all course materials are protected intellectual property
  • Agree not to copy, reuse, redistribute, share, record, or resell any course materials
  • Accept that unauthorized use of the materials may result in termination of access and legal action

The Student acknowledges that electronic acceptance of this Agreement constitutes a legally binding acknowledgment and agreement to all terms stated above.
